The Tungol Law Office was established in 1998 by Atty. Renato D. Tungol and he continues to offer the best legal needs to his clients. Before passing the Michigan State Bar in the U.S., Atty. Tungol was a lawyer in the Philippines and an instructor at the University of Bohol in the College of Commerce, Nursing and Liberal Arts. Atty. Tungol also has experience in Philippine politics as a former Municipal Mayor of Alburquerque, Bohol.

Attorney Kristine Tungol Cabagnot specializes in business immigration; PERM labor certification; employment-based nonimmigrant working visas (H-1B, H-2B, R-1); and immigrant petitions (I-360, I-140, I-485, I-765) for clients in the fields of healthcare, religious ministry, education, hospitality industry, science, and technology.

Hazel Betco Dagoy is a New York licensed attorney and is of counsel to Tungol Law. Hazel works closely with clients for their various immigration law needs. Her practice includes naturalization, family and employment based cases. Her passion in helping immigrants stems from her family’s rich immigration experience. She aims to assist individuals and families realize their own immigration dream.

Virgel Lamdagan Tungol is the dedicated office manager of Tungol Law. Virgel has a diverse work experience in the medical field, education and as an entrepreneur.
